Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Spiral QR, a software-as-a-service application for creating, managing, and tracking QR codes.
1. The service
Spiral QR lets users generate static QR codes and, on paid plans, create dynamic QR codes with editable destinations, branding options, exports, and scan analytics. Spiral QR is a digital software product. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not share access in a way that abuses the service, bypasses plan limits, or violates these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Spiral QR for illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity. You may not create QR codes that link to malware, phishing pages, unauthorized data access, copyright infringement, adult or age-restricted content, gambling, regulated financial products, investment or trading advice, hate or violence, medical advice, or any content that violates applicable laws, card network rules, or payment-provider requirements.
4. Your content and links
You are responsible for the destinations, labels, branding, and content you add to Spiral QR. We may suspend or remove codes that appear to violate these terms, harm users, or create legal, payment, security, or reputational risk.
5. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans provide access to premium digital features. Subscription billing, taxes, invoices, and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another authorized payment provider. Plan features and prices may change, but active customers will be shown applicable billing information before purchase or renewal where required.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep Spiral QR reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.
8. Intellectual property
Spiral QR, including its software, design, brand, and technology, remains owned by Spiral QR or its licensors. You retain rights to content you provide, but you grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service, generate codes, display previews, process scans, and provide support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiral QR is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by third-party websites linked through QR codes.
